This Privacy Policy describes how Benok IT Consult ("Afroduca," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information of users ("you" or "Users") of the Afroduca classified ads platform (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana and other applicable data protection laws.

You can typically disable location services in your device settings. * Cookies and Similar Technologies: We may use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities and preferences. These technologies help us to personalize your experience, analyze website traffic, and for advertising purposes. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

• Right to Prevent Processing Likely to Cause Damage or Distress: You have the right to request us to cease processing your personal data if it is likely to cause unwarranted damage or distress.  
   
• Rights in Relation to Automated Decision Making: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.  

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.
